100 night comfort swap

Bodies take about 30 nights to adjust to a new mattress. Sleep on yours for at least that long — if the comfort level still isn't right, you can swap it once for another mattress of equal or greater value within 100 nights of delivery. A mattress protector must have been used and the mattress must be in clean, saleable condition.

Manufacturer warranty

• • Mattresses: 5–15 years depending on the range.
• • Bed bases and frames: 2–10 years.
• • Bedroom furniture: 2 years structural.
• • Pillows, quilts and toppers: 1–3 years.

Making a claim

Contact us with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange an inspection where needed and repair, replace or refund in line with the manufacturer's terms and Australian Consumer Law.
