Metro orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days. Regional deliveries take 7–14 business days depending on your postcode. You'll get a call to book a delivery window before we head out.

Yes. Every showroom has the full comfort range on the floor, and our sleep specialists will run you through a short comfort test to narrow down firmness.

Sleep on your new mattress for at least 30 nights. If the comfort level isn't right, you can swap it once for another mattress of equal or higher value within 100 nights of delivery.

We can remove and recycle your old mattress and base for a small fee. Add it at checkout or ask the delivery team when they call to book.

Mattresses carry a manufacturer warranty of 5 to 15 years depending on the range. Bed frames and bases are covered for 2 to 10 years. Full terms are on the warranty page.

Interest-free payment plans are available online and in store, subject to approval. Choose your provider at checkout.
